IRH was founded with a clear mission: to help small teams thrive in the age of modern robotics.
We deliver comprehensive engineering and design services that make automation accessible, scalable, and effective.
Our multidisciplinary team of engineers works collaboratively to build integrated solutions. From pick-and-place systems to palletizing and advanced vision applications, we specialize in automation that’s practical, precise, and built to perform.
We Take an End-to-End Approach
-
📃Concept & Quoting
We start with close collaboration between your project stakeholders and our engineers to define project goals and outline system concepts that meet your goals and budget.
-
🛠️Design & Build
Our multidisciplinary team designs, builds, debugs, and installs every system we deliver, keeping you informed with regular updates, approvals, and clear communication every step of the way. A hands-on approach that ensures your automation works exactly as intended.
-
🧑💻Programming
Programming is at the heart of everything we do. IRH Engineers excel at developing robust and flexible scripts, leveraging clean logic and intuitive interfaces to support both technical teams and frontline operators.
-
🧩Testing & Installation
Before shipment, our engineers rigorously validate machine performance, optimize for throughput, safety, and ROI, and debug code. That means fewer surprises, faster installs, and smoother ramp-ups.
-
⚙️Lifecycle Support
IRH's support doesn't stop at install. We train your operators and technicians to run each system with confidence. We also provide on-demand support through our online Service Portal.

Brand-Agnostic Solutions
We work with all major robot manufacturers and control platforms—FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, Epson, igus, and more. We're not tied to any single vendor, which means our recommendations are driven solely by what's best for your application, budget, and long-term success.

Low-Cost, High-Impact Automation
We believe smart automation doesn’t have to be expensive. By using simpler machines and budget-friendly parts, we deliver powerful results without the premium price.

Invested in Your Long-Term Success
Whether you’re scaling production, pivoting processes, or launching something new, IRH designs automation that adapts to your future.

Flexible Programming Support for Fast-Moving Teams
Whether you need full project execution, fractional engineering hours, or quick-turn troubleshooting, we offer scalable programming services contracts that match your workflow and budget.
Meet the Team Behind the Tech
Let's Work Together-
Willem
Willem is the Founder of Industrial Robot Help.
On a mission to make cutting-edge automation accessible to all, Willem has spent over 15 years designing, implementing, and optimizing robotic systems across various sectors. His interest in advancing the capabilities of industrial robots, passion for innovation, and commitment to excellence have driven him to stay ahead of industry trends.
When not working, Willem enjoys racing sailboats (inshore and offshore) as well as racing and restoring vintage cars. What can we say? He has a real need for speed! -
Brandon
Brandon is the Chief Engineer at Industrial Robot Help, leveraging 20+ years of customer service, computer programming and automation experience to deliver unparalleled results and support to our clients.
Before joining IRH, Brandon helped develop in-house applications and supported the adoption and growth of new technologies for a local Rhode Island engineering company.
In his spare time, he likes to read up on new technologies, build small electronics, design parts to 3D print, and play with his adorable dogs, Nacho and Ripley. Brandon has also been known to throw a mean kickflip!
-
Chris M.
Chris is a Robotics Engineer responsible for supporting the robotics and vision systems that our clients rely on for day-to-day operations.
A seasoned IT professional, Chris is experienced in Epson RC+, Epson SCARA robotics, SPEL+, and Keyence XG-X vision systems. Prior to joining IRH, he worked in system and server administration roles and developed mobile apps.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and two dogs, Zoe and Ollie. He plays the guitar, and will occasionally agree to play some chess.
-
Chris P.
Chris is a Robotics Engineer who leverages extensive knowledge in software development, programming and automation to support our clients.
Chris' career began with assembly language programming and evolved to include a wide range of languages including C, C++, Objective C, Swift, and SQL. He has worked with a wide range of hardware, embedded systems, and operating systems, and has cultivated a knowledge base in Beckhoff PLCs, TwinCat, and Structured Text.
Prior to joining IRH, Chris founded and managed a successful software development firm, and a company specializing in Mac and iOS apps.
When not immersed in tech, Chris enjoys immersing himself in the ocean... to swim with sharks. -
Chris S.
Chris is a Software Engineer, designing robot control software that is robust but easy to use and tailored to our customers’ specific needs.
Before starting with IRH, Chris developed software for both a quantum computing company and an options trading fund, and worked on grant-funded research for Quantum Machine Learning.
Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in computer science and received a Masters degree in Physics at just 19 years old (to which we say, Bazinga!).
