Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to confirm details of your order and begin the fulfillment process. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 weeks using. We offer free standard shipping in the purchase price for all HMIs. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional $49. We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

SHIPPING INCIDENTS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@industrialrobothelp.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
